make the methods api more understandable

Description

If I look e.g. at  https://trac.mathweb.org/tntbase/wiki/contentsResource then this is very difficult to understand. There is always a heading Method that is not explained futher: I would like it much more if this had a heading that tells me what I can do: e.g.

TASK: Delete an element in a file

Then you have things like Method: GET, URL= ... and the examples.

And it would be good to have a concept index page in the wiki, I am sure that this can be generated automatically in TRAC.
